Description

The Visual Merchandisers is in charge of creating attractive visual displays of Legendary Apparel through social media platforms. The individual will recruit and work with models that will reach targeted demographics. The main objective of visual merchandising is to increase sales and buyer attention, while also enhancing the LSS Universal brand across various markets.

Responsibilities

The Visual Merchandiser must be able to:

  • Define, design and implement a creative visual merchandising strategy

  • Create appealing and eye-catching visual that lead the customer to The Shops online

  • Produce social media images that will push the Legendary brand

  • Identify key messages and set a clear image of the end result

  • Come up with, revise and present design ideas with other merchandisers for consistency across markets

  • Act in alignment to the organization’s culture, products, image and target market

  • Monitor costs and work within budget

  • Arrange and oversee the production of photo-shoots

  • Creatively develop social media videos using apps to include music and talent to highlight apparel

  • Research lifestyle, demographics and design trends

  • Create visuals that are consistent for season Look Books

  • Bachelor's Degree in merchandising, fashion merchandising, exhibition design, visual communications or similar

  • Proven work experience as a visual merchandiser or visual manager

  • Demonstrable visual design skills with a strong retail merchandising portfolio

  • Solid experience in field visual merchandising, including social media platform displays for online marketing

  • Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, or other visual design tools

  • Knowledge of current visual merchandising trends and best practices

  • Proficiency in MS Office

  • Creative and innovative thinker

  • Ability to analyze sales merchandising reports and survey results
