All Sales Are Final for show productions or events that have not experienced a cancellation. When purchasing tickets through LSS Universal, customers agree to the event ticket policy outlined in this section.

Show Cancellation:

If a show is cancelled, the customer will be refunded within 7-10 business days from the date of the announced cancellation. Customers will be informed of the cancelled show in addition to the anticipated refund time-frame and/or date he/she can expect to see a credit applied towards their account.


The refund will include:

  • Price of each ticket purchased

  • Any fees passed to the customer (merchant fees and service fees)

If tickets for a LSS show production was purchased through a third party, this policy does not apply. Customers must contact the merchants where tickets are purchased to review their ticketing policy.


Support by Donation:

Shows supported by donations generally provides limited complimentary tickets to shows. If a show is cancelled, customers will be provided the OPTION to receive a credit of the amount donated.

Replacement Tickets:

Tickets are printable and may be redeemed through email. If tickets are not available during arrival, there may be a $5.00 service charge assessed per ticket unless “Will Call” is available as a ticket holding option. 

Creating A Ticketing Account:

To avoid additional fees or service charges, customers are able to create an account at the end of their check out process. Tickets can be managed 24/7 and printed at any time. 


Postponed Show:

In the event that a production or event is postponed, an option to receive a full refund or transfer to the next show date will be honored. Customers will be communicated with this information by email. The email address used to communicate to customers will be the email address provided during the ticket check-out process.

This method of communications does not apply to customers who purchased tickets through third party vendors.

Transfer/Ticket Exchange:

To ensure customers have the best experience, reserved seated show tickets are transferable (one-time per ticket at no cost). Transfers may only occur for seats in the same zone that are of equal value to the ticket being transferred.
