​Seeking an experience Show Producer to lead the creation and development of original content.
​

The Producer in this role will develop show concepts, initiating, coordinating, supervising production, while raising funding to support the production. The Producer will commission writer's to support project goals, while simultaneously guiding the following efforts:

Contracting key personnel, guiding crew arranging for distributions.

Work with the Writer's Room or commission new writer's to join the Writer's Room for specific projects.

Track budgets and follow the creative development of the project from start to completion.

Make decisions and evaluate the film and/or series overall production quality

Able to meet deadlines and is able to quickly shift-focus according to production changes.
DESCRIPTION
RESPONSIBILITIES
The Producer must be able to:

Create, plan, implement and development original content on LSS Universals streaming platform.

Have developed relationships with networks to pitch LSS Universal shows and pilots
-
Be accountable for tracking assigned tasks related to project development, including responsibilities such as coordinating with cross-functional teams and directors, managing backlog reports, preparing project related requirements.

Assist the Executive Producer(s) when required

Pick scripts and introduce new concepts and ideas

Supervise other producers and ensure they, and the production, work within union regulations

Assist with the hiring of talent and other crew
-
Supervise the post-production process

Maintain the budget and approve schedules

Secure right to books or other works

Bachelor's Degree in TV/Film or related field
-
5+ Years Sales Experience
-
6+ Years Industry Experience
-
3+ Years of Pitch and Development
